This Viognier, Marsanne and Roussanne blend is the poster child for overoaked white wine. Buttered toast, butterscotch and caramel dominate the underlying tropical fruit, orange and lime flavors. Exceptionally high alcohol also adds to the impression of unbalanced sweetness.
