Riper suspicions of yellow plum insinuate themselves on the nose. The palate is shot through with lemony freshness that brightens everything. Taut and fresh, this also has Alsace's more rounded edges. With time, more aromas arise, finishing in a fruity mix of apple, stone fruit and citrus.
