Juicy in lipsticky cherry, this Cab has big oak at the center, along with a substantial mouthfeel on the palate that's unexpectedly buoyed and bright with acidity. Big shoulders filled of tar and blackberry promise enjoyment down the road, through 2026. || Marked by hefty tannins, this Cabernet is a little too astringent to drink now. With blackberry, currant and mineral flavors, it should develop for a while, but it could go downhill quickly, so it's a gamble. Production was 13,500 cases. || This is Chimney Rock's…
