This is a red-smelling wine, with a note of strawberry-rhubarb preserves as the primary aroma. Light to medium bodied, it has a glossy feel due to the lithe tannins and well-managed acids. Easygoing and enjoyable, it finishes with a ripe strawberry-shortcake note and a slight tea-like bitterness.
