This is one of those Sauvignons that has that grassy, gooseberry aroma and flavor that approaches ammonia, but stops just short in favor of lemons and limes. It's crisp and a little sweet. || A very good wine, rich and softly drinkable now, with voluptuous tannins. It's extraordinarily ripe in blackberries, black cherries, anise, chocolate, spices and cedar.
