Bianco di Caselle is a magnificent wine made with high-altitude Carricante grapes harvested near the top of the cone of Mount Etna. The wine is fresh, tonic, clean and crisp with aromas of cut grass, kiwi and drying brimstone. || This is a particular wine that might not appeal to everyone. The Carricante grapes are harvested very late (the second half of October) and only see stainless steel.
