Bold and densely concentrated, this fantastic single-vineyard Cabernet Franc is laden with ripe black fruit, yet it's balanced by hints of cracked pepper, fresh herb and a gorgeous note of violet- and rose-petal spray. Persistent on the palate, it finishes strong with a murmur of velvety tannins and an umami-laden hoisin note.
