Turning brown and orange, and picking up old Pinot notes of dried cherries, potpourri, mocha and spice, in a very dry, silky, elegantly structured wine. Acids are bright. Pleasant, but not profound. Drink up. || I think this wine has a future, but right now it's in one of those middle-aged funks. It's ripe in cherries, bright in acids, and smooth, but has a certain flatness.
