The winery is owned by Candice Wozniak, ex-wife of Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak. This nontraditional blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir impresses, with aromas of ripe berries, wildfire and smoked herbs. The smoky palate picks up licorice, tobacco, cedar, asphalt and acai fruit, altogether reminiscent of a blueberry crusted pork roast.
