A very subdued expression of the normally flamboyant Gewürztraminer grape, the opening notes are of wool and mineral. The full-bodied palate has accents of candied orange rind and toast. Good for those who can't deny Gewürz's ability to flatter Asian food, but who prefer a more subtle wine.
