The best of a lineup of single varietal red wines, this melds raspberry and cassis fruit flavors into a wrapping of earth and licorice. The dark and roasted accents continue through the finish with earthy tannins and a hint of stem. || This is a thickly tannic wine, cloaking its mix of mulberry, plum and cassis fruit in a robe of dark chocolate.
