The chalk soil of the Cova da Ursa vineyard, high up on the Azeitão mountains, yields this rich, tropical-fruited Chardonnay. It is ripe with apricot and mango flavors that are smoothed out by the wood aging. Toast and fresh acidity are still balancing out, so this impressive wine needs to age. Drink from 2016.
