With a high proportion of Chardonnay, this is a ripe, full-bodied and lightly toasty wine. It's rich in the mouth and rounded with the crisp green acidity playing a good supporting role. This bottle shows some maturity, giving a complex aftertaste. || A ripe wine that shows strong flavors of Chenin Blanc in the blend. That gives a nutty character to the wine while there is also a delicious lively freshness. The wine is bursting with energy, fresh and fruity finishing with tight acidity.
