A very light straw in color, this bottling by winemaker Tara Gomez shows freshly cut brown pear, delicate citrus and fresh apple blossom aromas on an inviting, tightly hewn nose. An extremely grippy texture claims the palate, where flavors of tangerine rinds, lemon pith and a tense chalkiness converge for a classic wine with long cellar life.
