Initially this is simply clean as a whistle and smells almost like water, but give it time to breathe and out come minerally citrus and cactus-like aromas. In the mouth, this is stony and well structured; flavors of citrus and nopal are slightly briny and salty, while the finish has a cutting but fine feel.
