Sharp and keen in acidity, with racy flavors of cherry jam and spice, this Pinot Noir is too young for maximum enjoyment. It has a very pure mouthfeel, light and delicate, with modest alcohol. But there's nothing light about the richness, which is considerable and complex, witha mineral note.
