This is a smooth and polished wine, with herb and new wood aromas. It has juicy red-berry flavors, and the tannins push forward. Structured, with intense acidity, this is ready to age for at least 5–6 years. || Santenay, which is located toward the south of the Côte de Beaune, is known for its wines that are accessible and early maturing.
