Interesting contrast to the 20 Years Old from the same house, yielding similar walnut and caramel scents and also a touch of spirit on the nose. But quite different in the mouth, where it is blockier and more intense, with robust berry flavors. Finishes a little coarse and rustic. || This independent company has a reputation for its aged tawnies. This 10-Year Oldis in the sweet style, but it has a fine freshness, as well as flavors of figs and firm, structured fruit at its core.
