Herbal and chaparral-driven, this bottling from a specific estate block shows bay leaf, thyme, oregano and menthol notes against a ripe cranberry aromatic base. The earthy palate offers beet, rhubarb, oregano, marjoram and anise. Camphor, juniper and pine needle kick in toward the finish.
