There's nothing subtle about this blush wine made from Zinfandel. It was barrel fermented and barrel aged for 15 months, giving it a full-bodied mouthfeel and even some dusty tannins, and it has robust flavors of cherries, cola, beef jerky and licorice. But it's dry and crisp and is something different.
