This is a nice, dry sparkling wine, rich in citrus, apple, yeasty brioche and spice flavors. The bubbles are a little ragged, giving it a scoury mouthfeel. But for the price, it's a fine bubbly. || With a pale straw color, this brut is properly dry and crisp, although it does have a honey-sweet richness. It shows citrus and pear flavors, with the yeasty, doughy earthiness of a good sparkling wine.
