This blend of 63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 7% Petit Sirah is fun yet serious, with roast beef, asphalt, dried herbs and elderberry aromas. Its tannins are firm and clinging, making the palate quite dry, with more dark fruit and char elements.
