Like most of the Brunellos from this estate, Signature opens with dark, inky concentration and vibrant tones of dark cherry, blackberry preserves, red rose, leather and spice. There's a touch of ripeness to the fruit and the wine shows a spot of sweet fruits on the close. But the fresh acidity and tight structure holds the wine high.
