This Chardonnay has all the highlights of Central Coast white wines. It's dry, acidic, pure and clean in varietal character, which in this case means pineapples, golden mangoes and white peaches. There's something so vanilla rich, you'd swear there was new oak, but there isn't. This is an entirely unwooded wine.
