Rather dull, soapy wine, its fruit missing the right crispness. There are flavors of pear, yellow fruits, just not enough acidity. || Rounded and rich, this Blanc de Blancs has both a smooth texture, delicious white fruits and an intense line of acidity. It's clean, fragrant, very fresh.
