Strong aromas of mulberry syrup, exotic strawberry, allspice, cardamom and fresh cola combine for a deliciously rich nose on this attention-grabbing wine from Grenache-focused winemaker Mikael Sigouin. It's soft on the palate before the tannins tighten up, full of cherry mousse and strawberry-foam flavors that are leveled by bay leaf and garden herbs.
