Hard grape candy and melted dark chocolate show on the nose of this blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 25% Petit Verdot from a vineyard near Happy Canyon. It's boisterous and juicy on the palate with blackberry fruit, shows some beef char in the midpalate and finishes with a peppery spice and graphite minerality.
