This single-vineyard wine from Lonesome Spring Ranch was entirely fermented and aged in stainless steel. Aromas of plum, tobacco, flowers and orange peel lead to fresh, tart, rounded fruit flavors, with bitters on the finish. Pair it with pasta with a red sauce.
