Ripe, fruity wine with soft tannins in smooth black fruit. There is some spice, a core of dryness, but the dominant character is a full, gentle, ready-to-drink wine. || A soft wine, with some light wood aging while the fruit gives black currant stalkiness, dry tannins and fresh, juicy, smoky acidity.
