This sparkling blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir has the faintest touch of blush color. On the nose, it offers grapefruit and lemon. Bubbles are not very persistent, lasting just moments after the glass is poured. It has flavors of tart Granny Smith apple, brioche and lemon peel and a zippy finish.
