Notes of pineapple and verbena tisane hint at some maturity. While the nose suggests richness, the palate reveals a concentrated lightness that is nonetheless dense with aroma: said pineapples as well as notes of hayflowers and dried moss and dried citrus peel. The long finish celebrates this multilayered scope beautifully.
